Anam Cara is Gaelic for “soul friend”. It is a Celtic philosophy about a relationship that is founded in openness and trust. The essence of an Anam Cara is someone who holds you in unconditional acceptance and presence. Here, at Anam Cara Wellness Center we believe that is the foundation from which healing truly occurs.

    Our vision and intention is to offer the community the opportunity of healing through many different holistic services. We want to support you in your wellness journey any way we can. It is also our desire to create a very supportive environment for our practitioners to enjoy sharing their gifts.
  
    Currently, we offer therapeutic massage, Reiki, intuitive healing and infrared sauna therapy.
