The Anam Cara symbol is full of meaning. The inner circles of the symbol create a variation of the Celtic Five Fold which represents balance and harmony. The outer portion of the design is the lotus which symbolizes renewal. The marriage of these two icons creates an image that visually depicts our goals of helping you feel rejuvenated and balanced.

Patty Sweeney-Riel, LMT
I graduated from The Desert Institute of the Healing Arts, in Tucson, Arizona, in 1999. My in-depth education included maternity massage, sports massage and injury assessment and treatment. Through my undergraduate study in Biology, I learned analytical skills which I apply to educating my clients in understanding form and function of the body and how best to support every individual in their physical and wellness goals.
During the 20 years of my massage career, I have diversified my skills applying my knowledge in a chiropractic setting, an award-winning spa setting, as well as in my own private practice. These environments provided the opportunity to work with people seeking pain relief, improved function and ease of movement in their daily lives and recreational activities. Massage offers the opportunity to heal and improve the quality of life through improved physical well-being.
I am privileged to offer this work and am rewarded seeing the way people’s lives are enhanced through it. Partnering with my clients and witnessing them achieve their goals of improved physical movement, personal fitness goals, as well as enjoying massage to maintain health and retain wellness is why I became and continue to enjoy being a massage therapist.
I look forward to partnering with you in your health and wellness goals.

" I have been working with Casey for over three years, and I couldn't imagine going to anyone else. Before starting we always check in about how I am feeling that day and each session is tailored to my current aches and pains. Her calming and generous spirit adds to the overall experience. I cannot recommend Casey enough!"
" I have seen many very good massage therapists over the years but Casey is definitely the most skilled. She has helped my back, legs, neck, and posture. She has great touch and can go deep or light depending on my need. In addition she is warm, personable and lovely. My wife and daughter now see her as well as some of my closest friends."

"I have been seeing Casey for a little over two years now and I have to say, she has changed my life. I started seeing her because I was interested to see how regular massage therapy would change my muscle soreness and facial tightness. I have had multiple surgeries and injuries over the course of my life that have caused increase tightness, pain, and soreness throughout my body. Casey has helped me by not only massaging away most of my pain but also educating me on ways I can change my everyday habits to help alleviate daily aches. She is an amazing massage therapist and an amazing human being. Caring, thoughtful, a fantastic listener, and an expert in massage, I would (and do!) recommend Casey to anyone who is interested in incorporating massage into their lives."
